A lifelong artist, I bring a painterly eye to my color work and a sculptural touch to my haircuts.

 

I love concocting custom vivid colors for every client, and any haircut that I get to take my razor out for. Somewhere along the way I fell for the hard parts, adoring creating a game-plan for any corrective color in my chair. But most importantly, I love to do anything that makes my clients just feel like themselves. 

 

I was born in Arizona, the fifth kid of what would eventually become nine. I’m so lucky, both of my parents are artists and did everything they could to nourish my creativity. I wouldn’t be here without that support. I won a number of awards for my art throughout elementary and high school before eventually attending the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2020, graduating with a BFA in Studio Arts in 2024. Shortly after, I moved to Michigan with my boyfriend and two cats, and began cosmetology school at Paul Mitchel the School: Michigan. I completed my training and starting at The GreenHouse just over a year later. My boyfriend and I have since gained a third cat, and a dog. It’s 

a wild time over in our house. 

 

I’ve been working in the beauty industry since 2021, though my love for it began much earlier. I first dyed my own hair in late elementary school using Kool-Aid (not recommended), and it all grew from there.

 

I’ve had bangs, buzzcuts, bobs and shags, and every color in the rainbow. For me, hair has always been an outward expression of my inner creativity. After being told by many peers to look into cosmetology school, I caved. I went and got a tour (and a haircut) at a Paul Mitchell school, and fell in love. I know I needed to be a part of it.

 

I took it on as my own form of grad school, applying the mental and motor skills I’d  spent my whole life cultivating with my art. 

 

My mission is to make ever since one of my guests feel like the best version of their self when leaving my chair. Hair is sacred, it’s woven into our personal identities. It holds memories. We get the privilege of choosing to view those memories in shining gold, or vivid pink, or cherish them exactly how they are.
